CAAA has been around long enough to see some massive changes in how we conduct business.  Over 20 years, CAAA has processed 43,500 approvals via correspondence and held almost 4000 in-person tutorial courses. 

Our CEO, Sue-anne Munckton, travelled four days a month to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane to deliver approval tutorials for many years.   With Covid19 putting a stop to most interstate travel over the past couple of years and client expectations to access courses with the click of a button, all our approved courses are now available online 24/7. 

Sue-anne misses the face-to-face interactions with many long-term clients but not the trips to the post office to send training manuals via “snail mail” or battling with the fax machine!  Is there anything you miss about the “old days”?
